Delivery for your orders over 99.00 BGN to addresses and Econt offices in Bulgaria is free.

Delivery for orders under 99.00 BGN costs 9.90 BGN.

Goods ordered from Brabantia.bg are delivered by courier to the address you specified in your order or to an Econt office, which you can select from a drop-down menu when completing your order.

We reserve the right, if we deem the provided delivery information to be incomplete or inaccurate, to contact you by phone or email for confirmation or correction.

DELIVERY TIMES

DELIVERY TIME FOR IN-STOCK GOODS

In most cases, you can expect delivery within 24 to 36 hours from your order. However, please note that delivery times always depend on the courier company's schedules and workload at the given moment. Also, during Black Friday and the Christmas-New Year holidays, there is usually a delay in deliveries due to courier companies being overloaded.

Typically, orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are delivered on the next working day, or, more rarely, on the day after the next working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and during weekends are usually delivered on Tuesday. During periods with national holidays, the rule is that orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are delivered on the next working day, or, more rarely, on the day after the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME FOR "ON ORDER" GOODS

The store offers the possibility to order goods that are temporarily out of stock but can be provided if you order them. These goods have a clear "On Order" indication on their product page near the product price. The delivery time for such goods is 20 working days from the date of your order.

If your order contains both "On Order" product(s) and in-stock products, we reserve the right to decide whether to send you the in-stock goods immediately and then – in a separate shipment – send you the remaining goods from your order, or to wait for all goods from the order to become available and send them to you together in one shipment. In case there are two shipments and if your order incurs a delivery fee, we will proportionally distribute its value based on the value of the products in both shipments – meaning you will not owe any additional fees beyond those included in your order upon its confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS WITH BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT

The delivery time for orders that you have indicated will be paid by bank transfer begins from the moment we receive your payment in our account.

For your information, payments in Bulgaria are processed as follows: (1) A payment initiated on a working day via online banking or at a bank counter through the BISERA system until 5:00 PM is processed by the recipient's bank on the next working day; (2) A payment initiated on a working day via online banking or at a bank counter until 2:30 PM through the RINGS system (or the so-called express transfer) is processed by the recipient's bank on the same working day within one hour; (3) A payment initiated on a working day via online banking or at a bank counter through the BISERA system after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays is considered initiated on the next working day, and accordingly, processed by the recipient's bank on the day after the next working day. (4) A payment initiated on a working day via online banking or at a bank counter through the BLINK system is processed by the recipient's bank on the same day.
