Right of Return

(1) Refusal of a Shipment at the Time of Delivery Due to Non-Conformities

You – like any other customer of ours – have the Right to inspect your shipments before accepting them. This means you also have the right and the opportunity to refuse acceptance of an ordered shipment if, at the time of delivery, you find that:

(1) The delivered goods clearly do not correspond to what you ordered; (2) The goods or their packaging are damaged during transportation, which is certified upon delivery by a Protocol for Damaged Goods signed by you and the courier; (3) The ordered goods have not been delivered within an expressly agreed period or, if no such period exists, have not been delivered within 14 calendar days from the date of the order confirmation email for orders paid via Cash on Delivery or ePay.bg, and from the date of payment receipt into our bank account for orders paid via bank transfer;

In these three cases, we undertake to refund the value of your purchase to your account, including any delivery costs, if applicable. If you have refused a Cash on Delivery shipment that you did not pay for upon refusal, there is no amount due to you.

Please note, however, that you cannot refuse receipt of only a part of your shipment for any reason whatsoever. If you find partial damage or a discrepancy between what you ordered and what we delivered, you must choose between refusing to accept the entire shipment or accepting it in full (and paying in full, if you ordered it with Cash on Delivery). If you choose the latter, you must contact us to tell us what you wish for us to do at our expense with the non-conforming goods: to return them to us and for us to refund your money, or to return them to us and for us to deliver what you ordered.

(2) Right of Return Due to Non-Conformities After Accepting a Shipment

Should you discover non-conformities after receiving and paying for your shipment, you have the right to request its return and a full refund of the price paid by you when:

(1) The price you paid does not correspond to the price due according to your order confirmation email. (2) When you discover a discrepancy between ordered and delivered goods that you could not ascertain at the time of delivery. In such a case, we undertake to replace the non-conforming goods within two working days from the moment you contacted us and filed the complaint.

In the two cases listed above, the costs for returning the goods are at our expense.

(3) Right of Return Under Art. 50 of the CPA Without Shipment Non-Conformities

Beyond the two cases provided for in Art. 36 of the Law on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods (LPDCDSGSG), which involve any non-conformities in your orders, their prices, and delivery times as described above, by virtue of Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return to us – AT YOUR EXPENSE – any goods purchased from our store within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without needing to provide an explanation for the return:

(1) If you return the purchased item in its original packaging, after merely inspecting it to check its integrity and characteristics, we are obliged to refund you – within 14 calendar days after you have returned the goods to us – the full amount paid by you for them; (2) If you return the purchased item without its original packaging and after having used it in a manner different from that described above, we owe you a refund of only a part of the price you paid us, and we are obliged to refund it to you within 14 calendar days after you have returned the goods to us and have agreed to the reduced price offered by us.

The costs of returning the goods in these two cases are at your expense.

(4) HOW TO CLAIM A RETURN

In all cases (points 1, 2, and 3), with the exception of refusing to accept a Cash on Delivery shipment, you must inform us of your desire to return goods and receive a refund.

Registered users who are logged into their profile can use our simplified Return Form, which can be found and used as follows: in your profile, in the "My Orders" section, next to each of your orders, there is a "View" button. On your order page in "View" mode, you will find a red button "Return products from order," which allows you to specify which product and what quantity you wish to return. Once you are done, you must select the reason for your return request from a drop-down menu, and finally, you can send us the review form by clicking the "Send" button (the goods return form).
