Cash on Delivery (COD)

Upon delivery of the goods, you pay the courier the amount specified in your online order. This is known as Cash on Delivery, where payment is made at the customer's choice: in cash or by bank card, provided the courier has a working POS device. If the courier company is licensed to provide the Postal Money Order service, the courier issues a receipt for the payment made, which has the validity of a cash receipt regarding warranty, right of return, and claim for purchased products. In rare cases when we send parcels via couriers who do not provide the postal money order service, your cash receipt will be issued by Netek Online Ltd. When picking up your shipment from an Econt office, you can pay – at your discretion – in cash or by bank card.

Bank Card ePay.bg

Upon completing your order in our online store, you will be redirected to the ePay.bg website, where you can pay with your credit or debit card on the Borika platform. The preparation and delivery of your order will begin after receipt of payment. We usually receive payment confirmations via ePay.bg within minutes of their execution.

Bank Transfer

The data you need for payment will be provided before the completion of your order, as well as in the confirmation email you will receive. The preparation and delivery of your order will begin after receipt of payment.

Please note that in certain cases (end of working day, non-working days, holidays), the receipt of your payment into our account may take time, which could significantly extend your delivery period accordingly.
