Spanish omelette microwave cooker Lekue

Ideal for cooking Spanish omelettes witn onion, frittatas, artichoke omelette and other recipes in a healthy, fast and simple way with less oil.

The microwave cooking process only takes a few minutes.

Place the mould at the edge of the microwave turntable and follow the instructions:

- Add the ingredients to the base of the Spanish Omelette.

- Close the Spanish Omelette and place it off-center on the microwave's revolving dish.

- Cook in the microwave at 800W for 1 minute 30 seconds, or the time indicated in each recipe.

- Without opening it, turn the Omelette over 180 degrees, using the bottom tab.

- Microwave again for another minute at 800W, or the time indicated in each recipe.

- Remove it from the microwave, holding it at the base using a pot holder.

- When opening, be careful of the hot steam inside.
